Owner did it himself in the driveway. It has the trans out of a 300ZX Turbo. He plans on adding AC later, but no current plans for power steering.

We had a car in our work fleet without AC, here in SC, windows don’t matter. It’s suffocate or be trapped in a hair dryer on hot.
